A spiritual process founded on the philosophy Washoku (和食), Japanese cooking is essentially a respect for nature and seasons, combining a balance of flavours and nutritious ingredients. Join us in experiencing authentic Washoku and learn Japanese cooking techniques for not 1 but 3 hands-on and demonstration masterclasses on Miso, Homemade Japanese Curry and Ramen, all made from scratch. We guarantee it will spark joy!

Japanese Curry: Saturday 12 October, 9.30am-1.30pm
