We partnered with Glenfiddich to develop not one but two exquisite snow skin mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival. Inspired by the brands’ iconic whisky flavours, we worked closely to conceptualise the entire concept–recipe development & product manufacturing, packaging design, illustration, set design and photography.
Glenfiddich Our Original Twelve Mooncake
The Glenfiddich Our Original Twelve Mooncake is an ode to the brand’s symbolic Valley with a Matcha-pistachio snow skin in a forest green hue and aromatic hints of apple, pear and vanilla. With a filling of roasted barley and brown sugar, it mimics the nuttiness of the whisky, offset by a white chocolate pear jam and whisky truffle at its core.

Solera Fifteen Mooncake
Encapsulating the mysterious allure of the twilight hour, the Glenfiddich Our Solera Fifteen Mooncake is enriched with hints of spicy, honeyed oak. Its skin is infused with dark ganache whisky truffle speckled with peppers and chilli for a light hint of spice. Its purple skin envelopes a filling of honey and orange blossom, which enhances the piquancy of the mooncake.
