Chun Tsubaki Open Studio 2019
For the first time since ever, we’re opening our doors for the Chun Tsubaki Open Studio to end 2019 on a high. Our Open Studio has an exciting line-up that celebrates the makers’ process and the philosophy of ‘monozukuri’ (Japanese for) ‘craftsmenship’. The line-up includes the Chun Tsubaki x Gen Lee Pop-Up, Coffee Workshops by Butler Koffee, Passion Project Booths, Creative/F&B discussion panels, as well as a live band jam session by White Ribbon.

Option A: Grilled broccolini with black garlic aioli & yuzu kosho, Assam barramundi nasi ulam, Banana bread with stout butter
Option B: Sweet corn with salted egg butter, curry leaves & garlic, Pork adobo sliders with Filipino pickles, Banana bread with stout butter
Pair Dining Ticket ($60, 2 pax): Includes 5-course menu (all items), 2 cups of coffee/tea
In order to encourage sustainability and reduce waste, do note that our Open Studio is going ‘BYOB’, so please bring your own bags
