In collaboration with The Ate Group, our team took on the challenge of end-to-end services for Hermés world tour of The Carré Club. This included project management, manpower planning, bar styling, menu design and execution, menu curation ans execution, as well as packaging sourcing. planning and curating a bespoke menu for Hermés world tour of The Carré Club. Direct from New York, this exclusive pop-up event centred around the brand’s iconic silk square scarves and vivid hues of discotheques, The Carré Club’s menu was created to feature local favourites with a modern twist, presented in perfect squares and vivid hues of ingredients to mimic the scarves of Hermés.
