By placing an order with Chun Tsubaki, you are offering to purchase a product. All information provided to us should be factually accurate, and by doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
Chun Tsubaki reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) of interest is out of stock.
All orders placed on the website cannot be modified or cancelled. There will be no cash refunds in the event of an order cancellation.
ORDERING
To place an order with Chun Tsubaki, please ensure that you have selected the correct product(s) and ensure your cart is accurate before finalizing the check-out process.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. In the event that an incorrect product ordered, Chun Tsubaki shall not be held liable to amend/cancel any confirmed orders.
Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. Chun Tsubaki shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses.
All orders will be dispatched from our studio within 3 working days upon confirmation from the order date (unless otherwise stated).
PRICE
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
The prices quoted are not inclusive of the prevailing tax rate (GST).
PAYMENT
We accept online payment via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal only.
In the event where a refund is required, it will be processed via your original mode of payment within 24 hours.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes have to be entered before completing the check-out process to enjoy the relevant promotion.
Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for any adjustments, exchanges and returns.
Discount codes are strictly non-extendable after their expiry date.
LOCAL SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 1 working day from the point of purchase and customers will be notified with a tracking number.
For local shipping, orders will be processed and sent out by our courier partner, Ninja Van, between 1-3 working days.
Local delivery fees are charged on a flat-rate basis. In the event that a part of your purchases is unavailable and removed from your order irregardless of any reasons, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed and any one-time promotional codes utilised will not be applicable to your next order.
Self-collection of items are available at Chun Tsubaki's studio during office hours from Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipping, depending on the residence of the buyer, the item will be sent out between 1-5 working days.
Any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Hence, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to make payment for these charges and taxes and will not be reimbursed by Chun Tsubaki.
It is the customer's responsibility to bear all applicable custom charges and cost of return shipping back to Chun Tsubaki including shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
In the event that your package is returned to Chun Tsubaki due to an incorrect/invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, the customer will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, Chun Tsubaki not bear any liability and returns or refunds are not allowed.
PRIVACY POLICY
When payment is made by debit/credit card (VISA / MasterCard), you acknowledge and consent that your personal data such as your name and debit/credit card number may be disclosed to third parties processing such debit/credit card transactions, including debit/credit card companies, banks and payment gateways, and may be used, processed and stored by such third parties to facilitate payments for your orders placed.
We respect your privacy and we will not share, intentionally sell or distribute your personal information to third parties, unless the disclosure is absolutely necessary to enable our representatives to perform or fulfill your delivery. In only this regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said representatives may disclose or process your personal information to perform their duties.
